A graduate in industrial environmental engineering, David began his professional career in a design office with the Veolia Water group.
With a passion for nature, he reinvigorated and reinvented himself by studying viticulture and oenology.
After ten rich and intense years in wine production, he joined the Laboratoires Dubernet group in 2024.
He now works with wineries as a viticulture consultant in the Rhône Valley.
